Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

We operate Monday -Thursday and have a 1-4 day Processing frame.

Depending on order volume- Items will ship from Dallas, TX, Myrtle Beach, SC, USA. Please be sure your shipping address is accurate. Shipping could be as soon as three days or as long as two weeks. Small batch production. 

Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

**No returns or refunds on size attachment orders or any order that does not contain a machine. 

7-Day window for the machine  - Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value and/or re-stocking fee as determined by the seller.  (To comply with EU law which requires sellers to offer a 14+ day return policy for items shipping to the EU, We accept returns with a 14-day window for EU customers Only. )

We do not accept exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, determined by an employee of DreadlockMachines.com.
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at CustomerSupport@DreadLockMachines.com with photos/videos and details of the product and the defect.

*We advise that you track your item; we are not responsible for lost parcels.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you whether you are entitled to a replacement due to the defect.
If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

*We do not refund shipping if your item is deemed dysfunctional and will consider offering you credit for your shipping cost for another purchase. The customer must submit the original receipt/invoice to CustomerSupport@DreadLockMachines.com within 48 hours of the replacement request.
